The Park

Location

The UNLV Harry Reid Research and Technology Park is located in southwest Las Vegas, the fastest growing area of the Valley. Only 10 to 15 minutes from UNLV, Summerlin, Green Valley, The Strip, and McCarran International Airport via the 215 Beltway, the Park offers not only cutting-edge resources but a location that is convenient for both employee and customer access.

Convenient Access:
  • Less than a ¼ mile from the Durango exit off the 215 Beltway
  • Only 10 to 15 minutes from UNLV, Summerlin, Green Valley, the Strip, and McCarran International Airport via freeway
  • Just two miles east of the Park off the 215 Beltway is the Arroyo Market Square, offering 1.5 million square feet of retail space. The power center is anchored by big-box retailers, and includes several other national tenants, as well as several casual dining selections.
  • Just a few miles further down the Beltway is Town Square, a 1.8 million square foot open-air retail/dining/entertainment center. This retail center boasts several upscale shops and restaurants, perfect for a day with your family, or a weekday business lunch.
  • If you prefer the convenience of surface streets, you are just a few miles from numerous dining options along Rainbow Blvd. and Durango Road.
  • The Park is accessible by the RTC bus lines and has a future direct corridor via Sunset to McCarran Airport.

Perhaps the most notable future project in the southwest area of Las Vegas is Durango Station, a casino/hotel located less than one mile from the Park, on Durango and the 215 Beltway. Set for a ground-breaking in 2009, Phase 1 of Durango Station will provide a 201 hotel room tower, a casino, meeting space, pool, restaurants, movie theatres and a large shopping/dining complex, similar to Station Casinos’ successful The District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson.

What kind of benefits are there to relocating to the Park?

This sounds like an ideal environment for my business. Can I view the Renderings and Site Plan for the Park?
