The UNLV Research Foundation is an affiliate foundation of UNLV. The UNLVRF is also the owner of the 122-acre UNLV Harry Reid Research and Technology Park, and has contracted with the Commercial Development and Management Corporation to act as the Park’s Landlord. The UNLV Research Foundation and the Commercial Development and Management Corporation exist for the sole benefit of the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
